1967 José Maria da Fonseca Pasmados red
Description
A family business with almost two centuries of history that, without ever resting on the glories won, has known how to modernise. José Maria da Fonseca has been producing wine since 1834, the fruit of the shared passion of a family that has managed to preserve and project the memory and prestige of its founder.
Aware of the responsibility of currently being the oldest producer of table wine and Moscatel de Setúbal in Portugal, José Maria da Fonseca follows a philosophy of permanent development, which leads it to invest even more in research and production, combining the most modern techniques with traditional knowledge. An example of this is the Adega José de Sousa Rosado Fernandes, in Reguengos de Monsaraz, in the Alentejo, where the Roman tradition of fermenting in clay pots is kept together with the latest technology.
