Description

Monte do Limpo is a small typical Alentejo farm, located nearby Monsaraz Castle and surrounded by legends and stories of bourgeois and noble knights, where in 1998 began the production of quality wines. The 8 ha vineyard are characterized by a shady soil with great sun exposure, where the predominant grape varieties are Trincadeira, Aragonês, Tinta Caiada, Moreto, Touriga Franca, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Since 2005, Enotourism bets on the dissemination of the wine cult and its connection to the tradition and local culture, promoting visits and thematic events.
