Description

A family that has several generations dedicated to the culture of the vineyard and the production of wine. Currently works in two properties in the center of Portugal: Quinta de São Mateus and Quinta de Vale de Azar. In February 2004, the company started construction of a new winery, which is located in Quinta de S. Mateus, which was completed in December 2005. In this winery, it is produced from an oenological concept of maximum respect for feathers, with a practically exclusive use of gravity throughout the winemaking cycle and excluding oenological products.
