2007 Champagne Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Brut rosé
Description
Produced only in exceptional years, this vintage is the ultimate expression of the Taittinger style. Composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown at the top of the prestigious vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, it is produced only with the first must obtained from the pressed grapes. The nose is both indulgent and fresh, evoking aromas of raspberry, black cherry, as well as peaches and pears. The bubble is fine and delicate, the chalky acidity composed of exquisite freshness with delicate salinity.
