It is a red complex of both flavor and aroma. Produced from Castelão, Cabernet, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Boushet. Fermented in mill with pre and post fermentation maceration at 28 º C, aged in French oak for 18 months and in bottle for 12 years. Ruby sharp, fruity, which brings out notes of black fruit, cacao and pepper . Firm tannins and prominent, with excellent freshness, volume and persistence. Ideal with meats and soft cheeses.
