Sparkling Wine Vertice Gouveio was elaborated rigorously according to the classic method, from a selection of grapes from the Gouveio grape variety, traditionally planted on the fresh and high slopes of the Alto Douro. It has a very fine bubble and a very elegant and delicate aroma, resembling quince, reinette apple, with mineral and lime notes. The bubble dissolves in the mouth, which contrasts with the aroma for its great austerity and vigor, never losing elegance. It is a fresh sparkling wine, excellent to accompany the meal.
