At one point, she decided to organize the family vineyards in the Dão, and with the precious help of Vines and Wines company, she replanted the vineyard and converted it according to a biological orientation. The wealth of Quinta do Cruzeiro with its various terroirs passes for six vineyard plots surrounded by woods and pine forest. It's a real slightly domesticated biodiversity ecosystem managing to temper the indomitable Dão with a touch of elegance!
