Pio Cesare was founded in 1881 by Cesare Pio, being one of the first wine producers to believe in the great potential and quality of Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and other Piedmont denominations.
The company has been producing wine ever since and is governed by the philosophy of respect for the terroir to make the most of the quality imprinted on its wines.
