Description

As the name suggests, Crasto Superior Syrah is made with grapes from the Upper Douro region, from our estate named Quinta da Cabreira, located near Castelo Melhor and where we have planted 114 hectares of vines in recent years. Dark violet colour. On the nose: excellent aromatic projection, where complex notes of wild berries stand out, in perfect harmony with fresh cocoa notes. Captivating start to the mouth, evolving into a compact wine of great volume and structure, composed of fresh tannins of velvety texture and correct acidity. All very well integrated with pleasant notes of wild berries and soft floral sensations. Finishes balanced, fresh, and with excellent persistence.
