Description

The vineyards of Château Minuty are, extraordinarily, well situated with excellent exposure on the slopes of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the bay of Saint-Tropez.

The estate totals some 75 hectares of vines, where 45 hectares are planted continuously on schist and limestone soils, 20 hectares are planted on limestone soils and the rest, on the slopes of the Val de Rians in Ramatuelle, with a magnificent view of Pamplona Bay. These 75 hectares of vineyards benefit from a temperate maritime climate, giving the wines a fresh, iodised and gratifyingly fruity character.
