The Provam is a society by shares, constituted by 10 winegrowers of the sub-region of Monção and Melgaço.
The vineyards are selected by their viticultural and oenological potential, to choose those that stand out for their quality for the elaboration of good and diversified Alvarinhos wines. The technology of the winery allows to enhance the oenological value of the grape varieties, using the harvest planning, vine by vine.
So, in Provam, nothing is done at random, but rationally in the pursuit of the highest standards of quality and genuineness.
