Description

Golden color resulting from fermentation with the masses, in the nose the aromas are more reductive with mineral notes of powder and wet stone conjugated with aromas of stone fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers, enveloping and complex with slight note of barrel toasted, notes of white pepper. In the mouth it is very fresh and intense, with a vibrant acidity, but also with volume and structure, great depth and length, to drink now or let it evolve into the bottle.
