Description

The Segredo de Saturno is a red wine of limited production of 5000 bottles, created by 5 Oenologists and 8 available grape varieties, which are never revealed. After joint fermentation, the wine ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, first and second use, and then 48 months in bottle.

It presents a deep ruby colour, and fruity and tertiary aromas, standing out the notes of cocoa, blackberries, blackcurrant, plum, discrete smokiness, dry grass, and moss. In the mouth, it is soft, well structured, harmonious and persistent.
