2015 Udaca Touriga Nacional red
Description
Udaca Touriga Nacional is a clear ruby red wine made with the emblematic grape variety of the Dão region, Touriga Nacional. The aroma is characterized by very ripe wild fruits, cherry notes, and spices that provide a refined bouquet. On the palate, it is intense, deep, and full-bodied with good structure and an elegant and persistent finish, demonstrating the unique personality of this grape variety in the Dão region.
UDACA was founded in 1966 by a group of visionaries who sought to elevate wine production in the Dão region. Currently, with its Associated Wineries, UDACA represents almost 60% of wine production in the region, being recognized as one of the main voices of Dão and Beira Alta. UDACA fulfils its mission of promoting and marketing Dão wines worldwide, with exports accounting for over 65% of its products.
