Description

It is not common for French producers to venture out of their native region, by the way, such adventures are counted by the fingers. But Antoine Graillot, from Domaine Graillot, with strong links to Spain, decided to venture with the "magician" Raul Perez at Bierzo for a first joint venture. The result is a wine called Encinas, fermented in cement, Graillot's style, and with cunning, Raul's style. Is it the best of both worlds? This wine, based on Mencia, could not fail to be adopted the name of Encinas, which is the Azinheira, very common in the area.
