Description

The Baías and Enseadas wines were the fulfillment of a very old dream, which began to be realized in 2012, with the surriba of the land in the future vineyard of Ribeirinha, in Codiceira, Sintra, followed by the planting itself, the following year. It is essentially these two vineyards that leave the grapes that give rise to the wines Baías e Enseadas. The lands where these vines are located are essentially clay-limestone, with clay predominating in the Ribeirinha Vineyard and limestone in the Vineyard, which results in wines that are bulky in the first case and more elegant in the second. The combination of grapes from these two vines allows to obtain more complex wines.
