White wine, from a vineyard where the Arinto grape variety reigns, reveals itself to be very citric and mineral with an Atlantic characteristic, harmonising the notes of pineapple, vanilla and spices, coming from the short interaction with wood. Around 300 bottles were produced, in a curious edition to consume now or save for later.
