Description

This Alvarinho QM Late Harvest presents a "noble rot" and dehydration that gives it higher sugar levels. The harvest of these precious cold-preserved grapes is done manually, in early December.

This is a sweet wine, golden in colour, has an aroma and taste of ripe fruits, honey, and almonds with a complex and persistent aftertaste. It should be served very cold as an aperitif, accompanying "Foie Gras", pâtés and cheeses.
