“Sátiro” (Satyr), for the challenge and the irony of joining separate processes for centuries. “Clandestino” (Clandestine), by the difference in the production process and by the use of alternative techniques. It is a wine whose production has a philosophy of its own, that goes by joining techniques and the ancestral "knowledge" of wine production in the Alentejo region and ally new technologies in wine cellar. This process gave rise to a lot of wine, where traditional roman clay pots (amphorae) were used for fermentation and simultaneously, modern stainless steel mills with controlled temperatures and automatic presses.
