Vinha Paz wines, whose name originates from the name of the producer's mother, are wines produced in the demarcated Dão region.
The estate has around 10.5 hectares of vineyard, 7.5 hectares of which are old vines. The wines are produced by António Canto Moniz, from grapes from the Leira da Tremoa region, which are processed under the traditional foot treading method, and which, after vinification and ageing processes have been completed, are bottled at the Casa da Carreira Alta winery in Oliveira de Barreiros.
