It is one of the great Domaines of Burgundy, and the world. Much is owed to Charles Rousseau, who took the reins of the Domaine from 1959, after the untimely death of his father. It was he who made this fantastic Domaine and its wines known to the world. Today it is Eric Rousseau, his descendant, who is in charge of the Domaine's destinies, following in the footsteps of his predecessor.
The Domaine Rousseau, has about 13.5 hectares of vineyards.
