The Serrano Mira family has been associated with the production of quality wines for countless generations. Clay talhas, dating back to 1667, have been preserved on their properties, which served as vessels for wine production.

The maternal great-grandfather of the current owners, was one of the three founders and the first president of Adega Cooperativa de Borba, CRL, one of the most promising wineries in the Alentejo.

The Mira brothers have been involved in the family's wine industry from an early age, and over the course of time have gained valuable experience for the development of the Herdade das Servas project.

Herdade das Servas is the birthplace of wines that reflect the history of a demarcated area of origin that profoundly affirms its characteristics and qualities. The dedication with which they have been produced for generations gives them a unique and unmistakable body and soul.
