The wines produced at the Quinta are, depending on the years, Vinha do Fojo or Fojo, always and exclusively from the same vineyard, an old vineyard with mixed grape varieties. They are wines of great longevity produced traditionally, in Lagares with foot treading, and the result of total respect for the vineyard, without oenological practices that manipulate the final result and which move the wine away from its origin.
