Description

Eremitas Amon de Kelia white, made from Rabigato, comes from a single vineyard parcel at 500 metres altitude, characterised by soils with quartz presence. Traditional winemaking includes foot treading in granite lagares, spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks and one year of ageing, preserving the purity of the terroir.

It displays a pale golden colour and an expressive aromatic profile, with floral and terpene notes. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a subtle salinity reflecting its schist origin. A precise and authentic wine.
