A white wine with a straw yellow colour and an aromatic profile, with notes of tropical fruit, citrus fruit and a slight woodiness. The palate is fresh and surprisingly mineral, with a pleasant, long finish.
Sul Estoril is a family-run company, located in the Alentejo town of Granja-Amareleja, which has been involved in wine production since the 20th century and goes by the brand name Guadelim.
The grape varieties planted in its vineyards are mainly Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Alfrocheiro for the red varieties, and Antão Vaz, Arinto and Viosinho for the white varieties. Production is based on the pillars of sustainability and environmental protection, with the vineyards included in the Integrated Production programme and the winery's facilities using energy produced by photovoltaic panels.
