Description

Gvymarani was created in 2013 with the aim of experimenting and making wine by following ancient natural Georgian traditions. The wine is made from the indigenous Mtsvane grape. The grapes are cultivated in the village of Manavi, then fermented and aged in Qvevri. Gvymarani is located in the foothills of the Caucasus in Georgia’s eastern Kakheti region, which is famous for its history of winemaking and its fertile conditions for the cultivation of several rare indigenous grape varietals.
