Description

A wine with a great identity, bright yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Aroma of white fruit with hints of cantaloupe, orange and lime combined with delicate notes of flowers, such as hawthorn and acacia, and vibrant notes of vanilla and white chocolate. The palate is light and delicate, with good freshness and verticality. The finish is characterised by a pleasant minerality, typical of the Tenuta Bocca di Lupo soil.

Passion and confidence in the enormous potential for quality that Puglia, and especially the areas of Castel del Monte and Salento were able to express, inspired the producers to invest in this region.

The principles that link people to the land and winemaking is the idea that, from the beginning, has characterised the production philosophy of Tormaresca, consisting, equally, in the production of great wines from indigenous grape varieties.

Tenuta Bocca di Lupo estate is located in the countryside of Minervino Murge in Apulia, the DOC region of Castel del Monte, an area well known for the beauty of its wild.
