Description

Zafirah is a feminine name of Muslim origin meaning grace. Constantino Ramos first solo wine, winemaker and "right-hand man" by renowned producer Anselmo Mendes. Based on the ancient traditions of the region, the vineyards are in Riba de Mouro and Tangil at the top of the municipality of Monção - northern Portugal. It is a craft wine with minimal oenological interventions, with the production of 1000 bottles, labeled and numbered manually. A "red green" with predominance of Alvarelhão, Borraçal, Pedral and Vinhão over 70 years.
