2019 Adega da Gaveta red
This wine is obtained from the Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Aragonês, and Castelão grape varieties, harvested manually, whose fermentation occurs spontaneously, respecting the characteristics of each grape variety. After ageing in stainless steel for 6 months, stabilisation and natural decanting follow. A pure wine that gave rise to a production of 2500 bottles.
The Adega da Gaveta is a family project and is located in the Tejo wine region. The vineyards planted on schist soils, give the wine strong ageing characteristics.
