Description

We are a small family business, producing differentiated wines of superior quality. The winery is located in the Vinho Verde Region in Amarante, next to the Tâmega River, at Quinta da Ribeira in Gatão. The vineyards have a North-South exposure and the soils are of granite origin, having a low content of organic matter, producing low quantities, allowing a better ripening of the grapes, thus increasing their quality. The origin of the wines is based on their own grapes, produced in Integrated Production mode, this production method is more environmentally friendly. We produce three wines of different styles, one red, exclusively from the vinhão grape variety, a white blend based on the Azal grape variety, and a rose single-grape of espadeiro or espadal.
