Description

Evidência Reserva is a white wine produced from the Encruzado grape variety, typical of the Dão wine region. This wine finished its alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, giving it, this way, its toasted and sweet spicy aromas. Despite this profile, the characteristic aromas of the grape variety are well present, such as pear and other orchard fruit. In the mouth, unctuosity is evident, as well as freshness, making it a wine with a wide gastronomic vocation.

The Dão region can be defined as a plateau surrounded by various mountains, with unique conditions of soil, climate and grape varieties, which result in great wines. Officially demarcated in 1908, the Dão region is one of Portugal's oldest wine regions.
