Description

The grapes were harvested in mid-August, from a single plot of vineyard 550 meters above sea level in a transition zone from shale to granite. Grapes were then pressed with stalks and fermentation started spontaneously. Exuberant and typical aroma of the grape variety, with floral characteristics, lemon peel, mangoes still green, among other tropical fruits, together with very intense citrus fruits. In the mouth it has some complexity and an excellent acidity with green banana, grape seed and passion fruit. Very fresh finish.
