Infantes white is produced by the Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Verdelho grape varieties, harvested and fermented separately. After fermentation, the wine ages for 4 months in French oak barrels, using battônage. Thus, it presents a colour with greenish nuances, clean and bright. The fine aromas with citrus and light tropical notes, making this wine creamy in the mouth and refreshing finish.
The Herdade da Lisboa was acquired by the Cardoso Family in 2011 and is located in Vidigueira, bringing together 3 harmonious strands: wine production, olive oil, and wine tourism. In the 80s and 90s, the property contributed to the recognition of Alentejo wines with the brand Paço dos Infantes and today they count with 350 hectares of total area, dividing 100 hectares for vine culture, 200 hectares for olive culture, and still 10 hectares for fruit orchards and horticultural culture, using the good practices of production in a sustainable model.
