Description
Wine project in Amareleja, inspired by the valorization of carved wine, old vines and traditional grape varieties, in a permanent exploration of oenological techniques and methodologies, of an experimental nature. Our vineyards, old and new, total about 11 ha, where the Antão Vaz, Diagalves, Rabo-de-Ovelha, Alicante Bouchet, Aragonez, Moreto, Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira varieties are present. This year we had a total production of about 32.000L, which will be divided between 3 Brands: Marel, Manolito and Tonico (carved wine).
