White wine produced from the Síria grape variety, reveals itself aromatically seductive, standing out the notes of dried fruits, gunpowder, truffles and grapefruit. In the mouth, it is extremely creamy and fresh.
The Quinta da Biaia dated back to the 17th century and belonged to Dona Beatriz de Sousa Lopes.
Located in Beira Interior in Castelo Rodrigo, it has about 29 hectares of vineyard at altitude and is dedicated to the organic production of wines.
