Description

Quinta do Noval Reserva is an intense and concentrated Douro red wine that perfectly expresses the elegance and unmistakable style of Quinta do Noval. It results from a rigorous selection of the finest parcels of the estate, combining Touriga Nacional with a field blend of traditional grape varieties from estate-owned vineyards, including old vines.

Aged in French oak barrels, it reveals great structure and complexity, with intense fruit, fine and well-integrated tannins, and a long, persistent finish. A wine of excellent balance between power and finesse, it is delightful when young but also shows remarkable potential for ageing in bottle.

Quinta do Noval is one of the oldest Port houses and one of the most prestigious, producing most of its wines from its grapes, namely all Vintage Port wines. Noval also produces one of the most emblematic Vintages ever produced in the Douro, the Quinta do Noval Vintage Nacional.
