Description

Produced and bottled on the farm, the Vinho Verde “Solar das Bouças” uses exclusively grapes produced on the property. Of the approximately 34 hectares of the farm's total area, 24 are filled with vineyards, with Loureiro being the largest share: 20 hectares. The remaining 4 are divided by the Alvarinho variety, 2.5 hectares planted at the entrance to the farm and the Arinto variety, better known in the region as Pedernã. Regarding the type of plantation used on the farm, there are 2 conduction systems: the unilateral cord and the implanted trellis or branch, used mainly on unproductive areas of the property (such as roads and paths). Thus was born, by the hands of Álvaro Van Zeller, a fresh wine with light and harmonious characteristics, fruity and undeniable excellence.
