Produced from the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, this is a wine that, after ageing for 7 months in French oak barrels, presents intense notes of fresh black fruit and an excellent structure in the mouth.
The Quinta da Biaia dates back to the 17th century and belonged to Dona Beatriz de Sousa Lopes.
Located in Beira Interior in Castelo Rodrigo, it has about 29 hectares of vineyards at altitude and is dedicated to the organic production of wines.
