The Borges Reserva Douro is a white wine produced from the Gouveio and Viosinho grape varieties. With a pale yellow and clear appearance, it has an expressive and intense nose, marked by the presence of tropical fruits, floral nuances, hints of mint and lemon, and enveloped in vanilla aromas that result in a distinct and classic ensemble. On the palate, it is an elegant and fresh wine, with excellent structure and volume, balanced by a unique acidity. It has a long finish marked by a smoky character from the barrel ageing.
Founded in 1884 by brothers António and Francisco, the Borges Wine Society quickly became one of the main national wine companies.
