Description
In a distant past, in the place of Canhotos, in the parish of Penso, a house was built that became known as "Casa de Canhotos" by the local population.
With a favourable microclimate and an ideal location, the surrounding lands were transformed into beautiful vineyards of the Alvarinho grape variety, and in August 2006, the producer Fernando Rodrigues decided to start his production, giving rise to the brand "Casa de Canhotos Alvarinho".
The wines produced here are exclusively made from grapes cultivated in their vineyards, following strict selection criteria to ensure the maximum quality of the product.
