Produced from Arinto, Antão Vaz and Viognier grape varieties, from clay-limestone and schist soils, harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control. It's a wine with an open citrus colour. The aroma has citrus notes with a slight mineral undertone. It has a good structure with good acidity and a long finish. It can be served as an aperitif and goes perfectly with fish, vegetarian dishes and salads.
