2020 Klein Constantia Vin de Constance white 50cl
Description
The Klein Constantia estate, covering some 146 hectares, was originally part of ‘Constantia’, a vast estate founded in 1685 by Simon Van der Stel, the first governor of the Cape. This valley was chosen not only for its beauty, but also for its granite soils and slopes cooled by the ocean breeze. This wine, made from the Muscat de Frontignan grape variety, offers elegant aromas of orange jam, honeysuckle and ginger. Unctuous and full-bodied on the palate, it reveals intense flavours ranging from dried mango to fresh vanilla, with vibrant hints of citrus zest.
