The NaTalha white wine is a wine that respects the ancestral method of winemaking in clay pots. With a golden yellow colour resulting from the skin maceration, the nose shows notes of fresh tropical fruit. In the mouth, it reveals a persistent acidity combined with an authentic creaminess. The Gerações da Talha Winery is a project that was born to praise and affirm the genuine production of traditional wine, which has persisted for over two millennia and has been forgotten in time. Located in Vila de Frades and dating back to the 18th century, the winery was acquired by Francisco Nogueira Anacleto, who has been skilfully passing on the art and wisdom of carved wine to the generations that will follow.
