This wine is produced from a blend of grapes planted in the Serra de São Mamede. It's a soft, smooth white that fermented and aged 100 per cent in a cement tank.
João Afonso was the driving force behind this family project, which aims to unite Nature and Man once again, reducing the pressure of humanity on ecosystems. To this end, the "Slow Wine" concept emerged, which not only allows one to obtain the best that Nature provides for wines but also respects its evolution as a living organism.
