Description

A wine of Alentejo origins, produced by the varieties Bical, Fernão Pires, Alvarinho, Verdelho, and Arinto, from old vines, fermented in stainless steel vats and aged in amphorae for 8 months on the fine lees of the end of fermentation to give more structure and creaminess. On the nose it is pure and fresh, combining floral notes and fresh herbs on a base of citrus. In the mouth, it is elegant and with excellent acidity.

Dirk Niepoort and Ljubomir Stanisic come together once again, to create a "surname" with no possible pronunciation. Dirk and Daniel, father and son, join forces with Ljubomir for a result that mixes accents and flavours, aromas and ingredients, that joins the glass to the pot, the knife to the bottle.
