Adega Mayor Verdelho white has a greenish-yellow colour and an aroma that suggests citrus and exotic fruits such as lemon peel, lime, and ripe pineapple, wrapped in a fresh vegetal note of asparagus and tea leaf, with a subtle touch of minerality reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate, it is dry, with a prominent acidity, slightly textured and crisp, culminating in a long and refreshing finish.
