El Resplandor is a white wine with a vibrant character, made exclusively from the Rabo de Ovelha grape and fermented in clay amphorae. Its innovative winemaking process, without stems but with prolonged skin contact, preserves the grape’s aromatic purity while balancing structure and freshness. In the glass, it reveals intense notes of grapefruit, raisins, and yeast, with an enveloping texture and a dry, persistent profile.
