The Joa Made Wine is an authentic expression of rosé, thanks to the environment surrounding the vineyards on the property, surrounded by chestnut trees. Produced from multiple grape varieties such as Bastardo, Mourisco, and Tinta Bairrada, it has a pink colour with salmon reflections. In aroma, it is delicate with a subtle mineral touch and ripe red fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, with firm yet smooth acidity, culminating in a finish marked by balsamic notes.
