Description
The G. D. Vajra Albe Barolo red is a tribute to the classic Barolo style, crafted from high-altitude vineyards where three sunrises — the “Albe” that give it its name — can be observed.
Produced from Nebbiolo, it ages for 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks. It displays a garnet colour with a lively core and an aroma marked by crushed flowers, balsamic notes and the pure, expressive character typical of the variety. On the palate it is vibrant and energetic, with nuances of rose petal, fresh red fruits, spices, tobacco and orange peel. The finish is long, with fine, silky tannins.
