Description

Coming from Bairrada, between the foothills of the Buçaco Mountains and the sea, comes Giz, a wine that uniquely expresses the characteristics of the limestone soils from which it comes.

Originated from century-old vines and produced from native grape varieties, planted in poor and stony soils, the intervention in the production process is minimal, both in the vineyard and in the winery.

So, after an artisanal vinification, the wine rests for 8 months in French oak barrels, to obtain a nectar without masks, authentic, structured, elegant and complex, full of individuality and character.
